Wise Behavior In Forest

Wise Behavior In Forest

Wise behavior when in the woods that how a question an attendee who followed the debriefing of the material in place of a member of my Nature Lovers. Nature lovers or anyone who likes outdoor activities ought to know how must act wisely and behave when in the woods. Behaviour and attitude wise this is very important when we do outdoor activities like cross country and mountenering, bond out or just day trips around the forest.

Even that did not even think about approaching the forest even if no one knows how to behave and act the sage in the forest, who knows one day lost in the woods (hopefully not).

As we understood, from 180 million ha (some say 'only' 135 million ha) of forests belonging to Indonesia is experiencing deforestation (forest damage) are very severe. Allegedly only 23% that is still in good condition and free from deforestation. Therefore a wise attitude and behavior when in the woods is very necessary so that the activities we do not make natural forest and getting damaged.

Some of this can be regarded as a wise attitude and behavior when in the woods.

* Not doodled tree trunks and rocks in the forest. Behavior doodled trees and rocks in addition to destroying the beauty of the beauty of the forest, can also hurt the tree. Why? because this action can cover the stomata (the place of exit and entry of air, ie, CO2 and O2), which indirectly will interfere with the exchange of air from a plant cell to the environment and vice versa. Forests have an important role in reducing air pollution.

* No catch, injure, and kill the animal inhabitants of the forest. Disturbing behavior of animals (animals) that live wild in the forest even though the animal was not including the rare and protected animals can disrupt the ecosystem balance.

* When camping in the woods, which have been used where available. Or if there is not a place to camp, redeeming part of the forest rather roomy and flat without the need to cut down trees, even if only a bush, shrub or small tree.

* Do not leave cigarette butts that have not really dead. Although only a small ember, but cigarette butts can be one cause of forest fires, especially during the dry season.

* Do not leave trash, mainly inorganic waste such as plastics and cans. Plastic waste takes hundreds of years to decompose naturally. And for not degrade, the plastic waste will contaminate the forest, damaging cycle of air exchange in the soil, poisoning the land and endanger the creatures live in the woods.

* Keep garbage we produce in a special container and then throw in the trash that should or outside the forest destroyed or annihilated. It would be better if the waste contained in the forest part is taken.

* Use twigs or leaves that have been broken or falling during a bonfire. Behavior cut down trees to build a fire can destroy a forest.
* Put out a fire if it had been done to actually go out, including the remaining embers. Clean the place where the bonfire.
* Do not bring back plants or animals from the forest. Keep your good memories during your stay in the woods in the camera image or a video camera as a by-by.

Attitudes and behavior in the woods wise this looks simple and small but it gives a great benefit for the preservation of the forest. With wise behavior like this means we are able to enjoy without hurting.

* Written reset based on answers to questions about the conduct of a nature lover wise when in the forest.

Wise Behavior On Beaches

Wise Behavior On Beaches

Wise behavior while on the beach, it is necessary. Indonesian beaches are beautiful and charming with many riches contained therein require a wise attitude and behavior than we are to avoid permanent damage and beautiful.

Wise behavior as recreation and exercise in this beach, though small, yet very important we do to preserve the beauty of coastal and marine conservation structures. Rate of coastal erosion is very high, should not we perparah again with our attitude and behavior that is less wise and friends on the beach.

Behavior and attitude while in the coastal sage among others:

* Do not throw trash on the beach or at sea.

Behavior throw trash on the beach or the sea other than littering the beach and the sea can also cause the death of marine life. For example, turtles, seals, and other animals often eat plastic garbage floating in the sea because it thought the jellyfish. Plastic waste can not be digested by the turtle, so many causes of death.

Garbage, particularly plastics, can not be broken down in the sea and will drift down to escape the ocean. In 2006 the UN estimates there are in every 46 000 square miles of plastic waste floating in the ocean. As a result of this waste a lot of sea animals that are trapped and die. Predictably, the plastic waste has been 'killed' to a million seabirds, 100,000 sea mammals and fish are countless.

* No purchase mounted marine animals.

Often we find the sellers mounted marine animals such as turtles and dugong tusk fish. Attitudes do not buy a mounted marine animals indirectly we have reduced poaching and excessive exploitation of marine biota.

* Do not buy souvenirs made from coral reefs.

Coral reefs are lots traded as souvenirs. Yet according to studies conducted by COREMAP (2000), concluded that the condition of coral reefs of Indonesia are still "very good" only 6.1% and only 22.68% with the status of "good". The rest in damaged condition (31.46%) and heavily damaged (39.76%).

Attitudes do not buy souvenirs made from coral reefs indirectly contributing to coral reef conservation efforts in Indonesia.

* Do not step on or hold the coral reefs while diving.

In addition to avoiding behavior buy souvenirs from coral reefs, to note also the attitude to not step on or hold the coral reef during a dive.

Keep in mind, Indonesia Indonesian Coral reefs also have the highest biodiversity in the world with more than 18% of the total coral reef in the world. So far it has recorded more than 750 species of corals belonging to 75 genera are found in Indonesia. This natural wealth should not be broken just because we are less sensible attitude while enjoying its beauty.

* Not catching fish using explosives or chemical substances.

Catch fish by using explosives and chemical substances in addition to destroying coral reefs, this behavior also affect other marine life off the non-targets.

With a bit of behavior and attitude at the beach hopefully wise we are able to maintain and keep keindakan shores of Indonesia, so the beaches will still be able to enchant our children and grandchildren someday.

3R (Reduce Reuse Recycle) Rubbish

3R (Reduce Reuse Recycle) Rubbish

3R or Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle until now is still the best way to manage and handle waste with various problems. Application of the 3R system or reuse, reduce, and recycle to be one of waste management solutions in addition to process waste into compost or meanfaatkan waste into a power source (PLTSa; Garbage Power Plant). Precisely waste management system with the 3R (Reduce Reuse Recycle) can be implemented by everyone in daily activities.

3R consists of reuse, reduce, and recycle. Reuse means to reuse the waste that can still be used for similar functions or other functions. Reduce means to reduce all things that lead to waste. Recycle means to process and return (recycling) of waste into new products or product benefit.

Do the 3R (Reduce Reuse Recycle) Every Day. Managing waste with system 3R (Reduce Reuse Recycle) can be done by anyone, anytime (every day), anywhere, and at no cost. All it takes only a little time and concern for us.

Here is the activity of the 3R (Reduce Reuse Recycle) that can be done at home, school, office, or in other public places.

Examples of the reuse of everyday activities:

* Choose a container, bag or an item that can be used several times or repeatedly. For example, use of cloth napkins from the use of tissue, using a battery that can be in charge again.
* Use the return containers or packaging that has been vacant for the same function or other functions. Eg beverage bottles used cooking oil back into place.
* Use of electronic storage devices that can be erased and rewritten.
* Use blank side of paper to write.
* Use e-mail (electronic mail) to send letters.
* Sell or give the waste to the parties that require distinct

Examples of reduction of daily activities:

* Choose products with recyclable packaging.
* Avoid wearing and buying products that generate large amounts of garbage.
* Use products that can be recharged (refilled). Eg stationery that can be refilled again).
* Maximize the use of electronic storage devices that can be erased and rewritten.
* Reduce use of disposable materials.
* Use both sides of paper for writing and copies.
* Avoid buying and using goods that is less necessary.

Examples of activities of daily recycling:

* Choose products and packaging that are recyclable and easy to unravel.
* Process waste paper into paper or cardboard back.
* Do the processing of organic waste into compost.
* Perform non-organic waste into useful products.

3R or Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle simple fact can be done by anyone, anywhere, and anytime and does not require a big expense. Yet from this simple 3R could provide a significant impact on waste management that have been the problem all around us. Want to see the impact, just try!
