Security giant McAfee has made an agreement to acquire Trust Digital companies in an effort to expand in markets where the security on mobile devices.
McAfee to acquire a desire for Trust Digital is a company specializing in the management of mobility, which offers a platform that is compatible with various mobile operating systems including iPhone, Android and Windows Mobile.
Quoted by IT pros, Thursday (5/27/2010) McAfee claimed in a statement that this ability, is the first step in providing the first comprehensive security solution in the mobile industry.
"Businesses are now happy with the ability of the iPhone, or other smartphones, and tablets quickly diaadopsi as their handheld computers, but their IT colleagues now need to find tools to effectively secure and manage it," said Mark Shull, chief executive of Trust Digital.
"Trust Digital Integration with McAfee will enable the company to rapidly deploy new mobile devices like smartphon with the highest security level," he added.
The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of June although no details of the acquisition price which has revealed Trust Digital
