Guatemala City - Many people are amazed to see the emergence of the giant hole that was almost perfect in the City of Guatemala City, Guatemala. The exact cause holes in the middle of the city was still a mystery.

Residents around the intersection were evacuated to nearby areas. However, geologists continued to arrive. Geologists say, it formed a circular shape like the shape of underground caves. However, what the real cause and to form the hole is still a mystery.

"I can not say what the cause: It was not a result of geological and was not the product of earthquakes," said David Monterroso, geophysicists in Guatemala City.

The giant hole formed following the heavy rain that fell constantly Agatha tropical storm which hit Guatemala and neighboring countries on Saturday, May 29th last. The gaping hole in the middle of town with a diameter of 20 meters and a depth of nearly 30 meters.
